This extravagant masterpiece was designed by owner and architect Amy Carroll in conjunction with business partner Shelley Freeman from Margo Studios. This build had its challenges to say the least but all in all we were very pleased with the result. This epic build had the most amazing panoramic easterly views from its elevated second storey balcony. The choices of colours and textures from the stunning exterior flows effortlessly into the interior’s with all elements working together as a whole. This design wows from the moment you walk through the front gate.

The landscaped native gardens and stunning pool area designed by Bush Projects amaze anyone that has the pleasure of viewing.

I am so proud and honoured to have built this piece of art.

This has to be the most beautiful sunrise to wake up to in Northcote. Many mornings during this build we would have hot air balloons come within 50-100 meter of this balcony.

Demolition was not for the weak at this job. Layers and layers of concrete to be removed, concrete staircase and second storey concrete floor all had to go to make way for new elevation.

As you can see in this photo the larger steel beams and columns that were required for the panoramic views from the balcony. There was no access for a crane so these 11 meter beams had to be trolley in through the front door. This meant the existin

The pool shell was is one of the first things that needed to happen here as it was located in the rear of the property. Once the footings and stumps went in for the new extension, we were left with only a 900mm gate opening for access to the backyar

This Ensuite has to be my favourite one yet. All the elements compliment each other magnificently. The amount of light that is present due to the enormous skylight and glass brick feature wall really wows.
